Pennsylvania’s Statewide Educational Quality for Family Literacy Initiative: Final Evaluation Report The Pennsylvania Statewide Educational Quality for Family Literacy Initiative focuses on involving state and local staff in collaborative activities to promote and support family literacy activities throughout Pennsylvania, establishing and supporting an interagency program improvement system, and providing high-quality professional development opportunities for family literacy providers and their community partners. This evaluation report provides an overview of activities carried out under the Initiative since its inception, significant key events and turning points, and the present status of family literacy in Pennsylvania.
