State-Level Special Collections The Special Collections Sub-Committee is in the process of identifying, jurying, and posting state-level resources to accompany the LINCS Special Collections. These resources will focus on state policies and procedures related to the statewide implementation of the Special Collections topics. The Sub-Committee is currently or will soon be working on the following collections: 1. Assessment (state NRS-compliant policies) 2. Workplace Education (policies, staffing structures, financing options, professional development, etc.) 3. English as a Second
